What payment methods does CV Saint accept?
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apply Pay.
How can I make changes to my order?
In order to receive your products as soon as possible, CV Saint starts working on your order as soon as it has been placed. As a result, we might be unable to change or modify your order after it has been confirmed. Please email hello@cvsaint.nyc to inquire.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will send a confirmation of your order and notifications when it is shipped with the tracking number(s).
What is CV Saint’s shipping policy?
CV Saint offers free USPS Priority shipping. Expedited and international shipping are at extra cost.
In order to keep customer costs as low as possible, we do not keep a stock of garments in inventory. Instead, upon payment, each piece is made specifically for the customer. As soon as we receive your order, our makers will get to work and we will have your items in the mail to you within 2 weeks. Delivery of items is generally scheduled for 2 weeks after the date that the order is made.

Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
Yes. If you order and ship to a destination outside the US, on top of CV Saint's shipping cost and tax, customs and import duties will be levied by your shipping destination’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are your responsibility. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
All our items will be shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
